The Air Products Division handles all types of air compressor sales, maintenance, and repair, both in-house and on-site. It consists of a manager, a technician, and an inside sales person. The manager provides initial application and installation engineering along with outside sales duties. The manager also acts as a technician. The technician works both in-house and on-site servicing and repairing compressors. The inside sales position covers customer service, work scheduling, maintains the inventory, and handles all departmental paperwork. Both the manager and inside sales person interact with the outside sales staff to provide support and technical information when needed. Two fully stocked service vans are utilized by this department to ensure the fastest response and the shortest downtime possible. A good stock of new and used compressors, as well as parts and supplies, are kept on hand to provide rapid response to customer needs.
